The summer is winding down and I have two athletes that are finishing up their seasons this coming weekend with the Capitol City River Run. I've had a great season with each of my athletes and am very proud of all of your guys.
There is some great interest from several athletes for next season so I look forward to sitting down and going over scheduling at the beginning of the year.
My back is still healing and of course there are downs to go with the ups. I long to do something competitive athletically.
