Daily Workouts and Food for Saturday, 3/22/08

So far I have a one hour trainer ride and a 7 mile, slowpaced run for Saturday.
My immediate food plans are coffee in the am and some chicken for dinner.

  1. The trainer ride is complete. We are headed to my brother's for everyone's birthday parties. I will run there.
    3-4" of snow fell here last night.
